We take pride in our premium fragrance oils, which are phthalate-free, non-toxic, and infused with essential oils, providing you with a scented experience that is free from any harmful chemicals.

We strive to process orders promptly. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we regretfully cannot accommodate changes, cancellations, or exchanges, and all sales are final with no returns accepted.

However, if you've received an incorrect or damaged/defective item, please reach out to us at contact@lilyluxecandleco.com with your name, order number, and details of the issue.

Because each LilyLuxe candle is freshly hand-poured, please allow a little extra time for perfection. Orders take 1–2 days to process, followed by 4–5 days for curing, ensuring your candle is fully set for the richest fragrance.

Once ready, your order ships with standard delivery (about 3–5 business days). Altogether, you can expect your candle to arrive within 7–10 business days.
